Alfred

​​Alfred van Rossum is a drummer who has been playing in various bands since he was 12 years old, mainly cover bands. As a self-taught musician, he was inspired by drummers such as Ringo Starr, Keith Moon and Hans Waterman of Solution. Nowadays he is inspired by Steve Gadd, an American session drummer who accompanies the big pop stars. Alfred sees drumming as his great passion and has chosen to do it purely for fun. His attitude is to give the band a solid foundation and support the others in the band. In a song it's mainly about the vocals and the melody, the drums (and the bass) support that.
